Steven Ehrlich House Remodel, Brentwood

Steven Ehrlich House Remodel, Brentwood

Brentwood, CA. A house designed by Steven Ehrlich. Interior remodel, pool and landscape.

The interior work in this Ehrlich-designed home was about light and warmth: curved glass skylights were installed to bring daylight down into the house, black walnut flooring was laid throughout, and custom-crafted fireplaces were built for the main rooms.

Outside, the pool was remodeled to add a waterfall, and the old jacuzzi was repurposed as part of the landscaping rather than torn out, which kept the garden continuous with the house.

What this project involved

• Curved glass skylights
• Black walnut flooring
• Custom-built fireplaces
• Pool remodel with a waterfall; jacuzzi repurposed for the landscape
