The architect's drawings, built to the millimetre.

Custom bathrooms in the materials the house was built from, with the plumbing, waterproofing and structure done properly behind the finish.

Whole-house and room-by-room renovation of architecturally significant Westside homes, built to the architect's drawings with the owner involved throughout.
Custom Kitchen Remodeling
Custom kitchens for serious houses: cabinetry, stone and lighting chosen for the architecture, built and finished by one contractor from the drawings.
Residential Additions
Additions and second stories that read as part of the original house, engineered and built to the architect's drawings and tied into the existing structure.
Hardscape and Landscape Construction
Stone, concrete, steel and planting outside the house: terraces, walls, pool surrounds and gardens built with the same care as the rooms inside.
Custom Art Installation
Large sculpture, suspended work and private galleries engineered, installed and lit inside the home, working with collectors, artists and galleries.
Estate Management
Ongoing care of the homes we built or renovated: systems checked, leaks and dry rot found early, other trades scheduled, the house kept ready for its owners.
Leak Detection
Finding the real source of a leak in hillside and glass houses and fixing it once, including the dry rot and finishes the water damaged.
